Ingredients:
6 lemons
1 cup of sugar
8 cups of iced water
1 cup of boiling water
Direction:
1. Squeeze juice from lemons into a glass. Set lemon rinds aside.
2. Strain lemon juice into a large pitcher.
3. Add sugar and ice water, stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
4. Place lemon rinds in glass and add boiling water. Let stand until water is cold.
5. Discard the rinds, add water to pithcer and stir well. Refrigerate until well chilled.
